Jinesh Patel, the CEO of Boston startup is donating to support healthcare facilities with the company’s software. It is to help the healthcare centers, hospitals and surgical centers. The donation is in response to contribute for treatment of COVID-19.

Healthcare staff is adjusting with the growing virus pandemic by coming up with new life-saving protocols. These guidelines are not only for the staff members but also for the huge number of coronavirus patients.

All this track of new protocols and the equipment must be recorded. The record maintenance at the healthcare centers is only with the help of pen and paper which is a tough task. The visibility becomes difficult if the records are tracked with paper. There is a chance of missing or losing the details maintained.

In general, the nurses maintain the paper check-list in most of the hospitals. Though it is a general practice for the staff, it is still time consuming to refer to the information and details when needed.

Dr. Janak Patel, director of the Department of Infection Control & Healthcare Epidemiology said “Having an online platform to access a lot of critical data to make sure proper protocols are being met is helpful. Having line of sight to see what is happening is important for maintaining the healthcare infrastructure during this crucial period.”

“There is a lot of time spent gathering paper and analyzing data, and we just do not have time right now.”

The Boston start company made a note that UptimeHealth software is sophisticated. It is a fast-growing software that can save time and treat patients better in this critical time.

UptimeHealth said “We are on a mission to be the trusted source of compliance and technology equipment management for healthcare facilities everywhere. We focus on providing operators with simple to use software to complete compliance tasks, improve access to actionable data to increase operational efficiencies, and tap into the largest network of qualified technicians.”

The product is developed with the key features like live-pointer, OCR, and on-screen markup. With this a technician can fastly repair and improve the uptime equipment and it costs less for the client as well.

CEO Jinesh Patel stated “TeleTech allows independent technicians to keep working during difficult times like these. Virtually repairing equipment can help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and improve the uptime of life-saving critical equipment. We are on a mission to innovate for the healthcare industry and support the biomedical community through these tough times.”
