Trump, Bahrain King Hamid Bin Al-Khalifa and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had talks on Friday before the announcement.

US President Donald Trump had announced that the relationship between Israel and Bahrain has been normalized which is another historic breakthrough.

Bahrain becomes the second Arab country to establish peace with its former foe in just the last two weeks.

Trump tweeted on Friday that his two friends Netanyahu and Hamid have agreed to establish peaceful relations between them and with this, the news becomes the second peace deal in a span of just 30 days.

A joint statement was issued by the US, Bahrain and Israel which said that there would be full fledged diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Bahrain has finally agreed to formalize a deal with Israel at a ceremony on September 15 at the White House where the United Arab Emirates will also flag off its peace deal with Israel which was announced in August.

According to a statement, Israel’s PM, Trump, and Bahrain’s king had talked for several hours on Friday before coming to this conclusion.

Donald Trump has celebrated this news at the White House and called it a truly historic day and he was beyond delighted to announce this news on the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks by the Islamic radicals against the United States.

Donald Trump said that when he first took oath as the President, the middle east was in a state of chaos.

Meanwhile, in over a few weeks, Trump is going to face the election for the president role which might be a difficult feat for him to win this time.

The United Arab Emirates and Israel’s peace deal in mid-August comes after years of Arab league policy on the middle east conflict and it became difficult to establish peace till now due to the set back from Palestine and Iran.

Trump who had imposed several sanctions on Iran and keeping diplomatic pressure on the country, however, had predicted that the outcome of this sanction would give a very positive impact on Iran’s administration. Israel is the major enemy for Iran, which is an enemy of the US.

Without divulging any details, Trump said that he could see a bright future of the Palestine after this peace deal.

To date, Israel has only been able to strike two peace deals with Arab countries, one is with Egypt in 1979 and the other with Jordan in 1994.
