For U.S. to reach at a decision about who wins the Presidency is a tough call to make. Across the country, votes are still being counted and it is likely to continue as both the competitors are short of the important 270 electoral votes to win this race.

For now it seems like the Supreme Court would come to a fair decision on who would take over.

Trump is repeatedly mentioning to contest the results in court as he claims of not being given a meaningful access to counting locations and review the process of ballots promised under the state law.

The Trump campaign urges votes to be recounted in Wisconsin. They filed a suit in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia.

According to the Edison Research, after taking an estimation of 86% of the votes in Arizona, Biden gets 50.7 percent votes and Trump gets 47.9% votes. In Nevada, Biden gets 49.3% votes and Trump gets 47.9% votes.

As per an AP count, although Joe Biden didn’t reach the mark of 270 by 6, he has won in Michigan and Wisconsin by securing an electoral tally of 264.

According to the Human rights organization, Human Rights Watch, the United States electoral process would need a while to tabulate the final vote and urged the news organizations and social media to be careful about not portraying incorrect election-related information.

All the Trump supporters have formed a group outside Clark County asking for tallying ballots completely.

As per CNN, the count of votes in Georgia will continue until night in order to tally the absentee ballots.
