Dr. Vanila M. Singh, the Indian American Chief Medical Officer of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Singh graduated with a B.S. in molecular and cell biology and economics from the University of California at Berkeley as well as her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences, will feature the Tulip Conference 2018, the cutting edge Blockchain gathering on June 7 and 8 at The Village in San Francisco.
