Elon Musk’s SpaceX company sent a rocket to orbit with two humans. The rocket launch took place on 30th May. The two astronauts, Doug Hurley and Robert Behnken entered the Space Station on Sunday after a 19 hour journey. In between the journey a shiny stuffed dinosaur plush toy joined them as a third crew member.

A video of the rocket became viral with millions views and 4,000 over likes. The footage showed the dinosaur toy around the rocket. The shiny dinosaur that was revolving around grabbed the attention of the users on twitter. This is not the first time a toy is sent into space which has a crucial purpose in real life.

The dinosaur toy is acting as a Zero-G indicator. Such indicators are used by the astronauts to know when they entered a state of microgravity after the engines are turned off.

It is a private and owned spacecraft which carried astronauts to orbit. It is a historic record since 20 years. The rocket launch was planned much before, probably on 27th May. But due to bad weather, it got delayed and sent on Saturday.

After the astronauts finally reached the space station, a video was posted by NASA. NASA says “This is the first time in human history @NASA_Astronauts have entered the @Space_Station from a commercially-made spacecraft. @AstroBehnken and @Astro_Doug have finally arrived at the orbiting laboratory in @SpaceX’s Dragon Endeavour spacecraft.”

Post the liftoff, Musk spoke to the reporter and said, the capsule’s return can turn out to be a danger sometimes than the launch. For now, the reports says, the two astronauts have reached the space station safely which is a huge relief for the handling team.

US President Donald Trump, watched the capsule launch from the rooftop at the space center. He referred to it as an “inspiration for our country”. He expressed it as a “beautiful sight”.

Mr.Trump added that “I’m so proud of the people at NASA, all the people that worked together, public and private” when speaking to the reporters.
