White House authorities, in the United Stated made a statement today that, No decision has been taken on H-4 visas is final until the final framing of rules process is completed, a senior US official has said, days after over 100 lawmakers urged the Trump government to continue granting work authorization to certain dependent spouses of non-immigrant workers holding H-1B visas, the most sought-after among Indian IT professionals

The government of Trump is making necessary planning to revoke a rule that has been worrying spouses of several skilled immigrant workers, who were eligible to work while in the country, this would be a move that could have a disrespectful influence on tens of hundreds and thousands of skilled professionals specially in case of Indians

According to the official authorities, H-4 Visa is formally allotted to the spouses of H-1B visa holders, who are significantly very large in number of highly skilled professionals from India.

They have earned work permits under a exclusive special orders which have been delivered by the previous Obama ruled administration.

Philip Smith, a spokesperson representing USCIS) made a statement that, “No decision about H-4 visas is final until the rulemaking process is completed”.

The statement made by smith comes days after more than the most influential 130 senators have given a letter to the secretary of Homeland Security, requesting not to revoke the Obama administration’s decision to provide work authorization to certain categories of H-4 visas, which are mainly spouses of H-1B visas.

So far all the indication, including the Agenda of spring sessions, exposes that the Trump governance is ensuring all the necessary steps to end the Obama-era rule which was giving chance to the spouses of H1-B visa holders to be employed in the United States legally.
